Get all menus with categories and items

GET 
/v1/inventory/menu/shop/:shopGid

Retrieves the complete menu structure for a shop, including all menus with their nested categories and items. Each menu contains categories, and each category contains items. Useful for displaying full menu hierarchies (e.g., Lunch Menu, Dinner Menu with their respective categories and items).
