Step 1 of the Direct funding source bulk flow.

Returns entity.fileUrl—an HTTPS link to download the XLSX template (SP_fundingsource_template.xlsx).

Template columns: contact fields, Contact Gid (or contact details to create on the fly), issuer bank columns (Account Number, Account Holder Name, Routing Number, Account Type, Business Type, Bank Name), then optional [Add Extra Columns if required] for meta. Each row requires Contact Gid OR contact detail columns.
