Creates a transfer session to move money between funding sources using ACH, RTP, or RAPID_ACH.

Transfer Session initiated or processed gracefully. NOTE: For specific internal Issuer Workflow Exceptions (e.g. from BNY), this HTTP status returns 200 SUCCESS rather than a 4xx or 5xx, but the payload entity object encapsulates a DECLINED transfer status.
