Step 1 of the Funding source links (contacts) bulk flow.

Returns entity.fileUrl—an HTTPS link to download the XLSX template (SP_contacts_template.xlsx). Fill the sheet, then follow steps 2–5 in the bulk upload guide.

Template columns: Name, Email, Phone number, Any Reference ID, Contact Type, Contact Type (if others), Country Code, Street, City, State, Postal Code, Notification via, then optional [Add Extra Columns if required] for custom meta fields (see guide).
